I needed my tree's trimmed badly. I saw JJ Nilsson Service's on the local ads and called to set up a appointment. The guy who answered was enthusiastic and prompt. He Came out that night and Gave me a estimate. I agreed upon what he quoted me and he then informed me that he was booked for a couple weeks and set me up later that month. When the crew showed up they were quick and professional. They completed all my tree needs and did a excellent clean up job. After they were done the friendly crew gave me a few pointers on my trees and left me with a business card. I asked for extra business cards to hand to my friends. I contacted them last spring for a leaking valve. They answered the phone and set up an appointment later that week. They called me that afternoon and informed me that the sprinkler technician was held up on a job but would be along soon. Sure enough the technician showed up 2 hours later. He looked at my job and gave me a fair price. After the repair they ran my system adjusted a couple sprinkler heads then billed me my quote. I decided to give a review after contacting them this year and have had the same response from there team.
